These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the as999 online gaming platform, accessible at https://as999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). The Platform is operated by as999 ("as999", "we", "us", "our"), an English-language online gaming information and entertainment service targeting users in Pakistan and other English-speaking markets.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any feature of as999, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to these Terms in full. These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of this Platform. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English-language version shall prevail.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Terms defined in singular form include their plural equivalents and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on as999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your account. as999 operates on a strict adults-only basis. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You are prohibited from using false names, fictitious addresses, temporary email addresses or any information that misrepresents your identity. as999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any time thereafter.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. You agree to notify as999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. as999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, device, payment method or IP address — may be closed immediately upon detection. Winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.4 Account Currency

Users may select their preferred account currency at the time of registration. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a currency option for users in Pakistan. Currency selection is final and cannot be changed after the first deposit has been made.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available on as999 are displayed within the Account deposit section and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment brands familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform for informational context only. as999 does not claim that any of these payment providers endorse online gambling, support this operator or are affiliated with as999 in any capacity. Actual deposit method availability, processing times and transaction fees are determined at the operator level and confirmed within your Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. as999 reserves the right to apply additional limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment, KYC status or responsible gambling considerations.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned by and registered in the name of the Account Holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation and potential reporting to relevant authorities under AML obligations.

5.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are available, they are subject to applicable network confirmation requirements and exchange rate conditions at the time of processing. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; Users must ensure accuracy of wallet addresses before initiating transfers.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers and incentives offered by as999 are subject to individual promotion terms and these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough conditions") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits and maximum bet restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus amounts and wagering requirements on as999 are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator in the active promotion documentation within your Account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

as999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting system errors or acting in collusion with other users.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new Account Holders only, on their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion. Users who have previously held an Account — including under a different name, device or payment method — are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Users who have not submitted the required identity documentation cannot process withdrawals. as999 is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete KYC submissions.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and on a rolling daily, weekly or monthly basis. These limits are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. as999 may adjust limits based on VIP tier status, account activity or risk assessment.

7.4 Same-Method Withdrawal

Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. as999 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative verified method where necessary for compliance, security or operational reasons.

7.5 Withholding of Funds

as999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending the outcome of a fraud investigation, AML review, bonus abuse investigation or any other compliance check. Users under investigation will be notified in writing where legally permissible.

Users of as999 are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing mistakes or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through known errors may be voided.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, inflate winnings or circumvent Platform controls.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.

All content on the as999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, design elements and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of as999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any of the following:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written consent from as999.
• Removal or modification of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice on Platform materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation of liability applies to, without limitation:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losing wagers and failure to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, cybersecurity events or circumstances outside as999's reasonable control.

11.1 Available Controls

• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops for continuous play sessions.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11.2 Age Restriction Policy

The as999 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. Access by minors is a serious policy violation. Any account found to be held by a person under the minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source, less any amounts that may be withheld in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

12.1 Termination by User

12.2 Termination by as999

as999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated software or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account Holder is a minor or a Prohibited User.
• Compliance requirements under AML or other regulatory obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account Holder's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which as999 is registered and licensed to operate, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in these Terms creates a submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, nor does it imply that as999 is subject to Pakistani gaming law or regulation.

as999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to each User. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
